Seminary professors assumed to involve in Saint Yared's Academy
are expected to be Ethiopian scholars who graduated from theological
schools or those who are known for mastering one or two of the
traditional Church educations of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewaheod Church such as
Qine (Poetry in Geez Language) and commentary on scriptures (the Old
Testament, the New Testament and Patristic Writings). The name of the
professor, his educational background and his picture shall be
posted on this website when we are about to open the program.
